Submiting Your Entry

First download the entry form (.pdf or .doc), and complete.

You can mail your submission to the address below. All submissions must be received by April 30; finalists will be notified by May 7. Please include a copy of your song on a cassette or CD, and a copy of your written lyrics. Mail your submission to:

For your convienence, we have added the option of electronically submitting your song in mp3 format this year. To submit your song electronically:

• convert your song to mp3 and make sure it is < 5 MB in size.
• send an email to submit@jamdontslam.com,
• attach the song, the completed entry form, and your song lyrics.
• Use this subject line "firstname lastname - Jam Dont Slam"
• name your attachment files like this: "firstname_lastname_song", "firstname_lastname_entryform", "firstname_lastname_lyrics".

If your song is larger than 5 MB in size, you cannot email it directly. Click here for further instructions to send your song and files via MediaFire.
